The intimate hotel is located in a former Guild Hall and enjoys a picturesque location on the Reuss river in the heart of Luzerns old town.
The HOTEL DES BALANCES is the place to stay in Lucerne! The staff was so friendly and helpful,
very responsive as we changed plans a couple of times. The rooms were spotlessly clean and really nice.
They were renovated to have all the conveniences of a modern place but with the historical charm of Lucerne marble and gold accents. The view from the balcony is also delightful and they have great bathrobes and even travel plug adapters.
As a welcome the staff opened a bottle of Veuve Cliquot champagne for me.
