Very welcoming staff and the room was very spacious and extremely comfortable. I had a very welcoming check in, modern room with everything needed, great housekeeping team who was both an expert at organizing things.
The FAIRMONT REY JUAN CARLOS I is an excellent five star hotel. The staff at the front desk and everywhere were very polite and met my needs.
